The bustling capital city of Amman, historic, cultural Petra and the balmy Red Sea resort of Aqaba provide contrasts and variety on this great combination.
DAY 1 → Fly Royal Jordanian to Amman and transfer to the Ramada Amman (four star) or Marriott Amman (five star) for one night.
DAY 2 → Wander at leisure through the capital before journeying three hours to Petra, the jewel in Jordan’s crown, where you are free to explore at leisure. Your hotel for the next three nights will be the Panorama Petra (four star) or Marriott Petra (five star).
DAY 5 → A two hour trip south will take you to the year-round beach resort of Aqaba for a two night stay at the Aqaba Gulf Hotel (four star) or Kempinksi Hotel (five star). There are numerous stretches of sand, backed with hotels, restaurants and bars, as well as plenty of activities including some great diving and snorkelling.
DAY 7 → Depart on a Royal Jordanian flight from Aqaba via Amman back to London Heathrow.
