Discover Jordan's rich inheritance from bygone civilisations in Amman and the ancient city of Jerash. Then head to the highlight of any visit, the jewel in the crown – the 'Red Rose City' of Petra.
Fly Royal Jordanian to Amman and transfer to the Ramada Amman or Marriott Amman for a two night stay. An optional city tour will show you all the highlights. Jerash, which is one of the best preserved classic Roman cities in the region, known as the ‘Pompeii of the East’ is also worth a visit. On day three you will be transferred to Petra (approx. three hours by road) for three nights at either the Panorama Petra or Marriott Petra. Your time is free allowing you to explore at your leisure and marvel at the city, carved over 2000 years ago. On the final day an early morning road transfer will take you to Amman (three hours) to catch your Royal Jordanian flight to London Heathrow.
