Reflex Zone Foot (50mins): Foot massage is an essential element of Chinese culture and tradition and is an ancient form of therapy. Vital Qi - Chinese Massage And Reflex Zone Treatment: A sophisticated and harmonious treatment created to restore vitality and vigor to the body, mind and spirit.‑ Traditional Chinese therapies are fused to create this inspirational treatment that centres on balancing energy flow, known as Qi in Chinese culture. Qi will be recharged as deep pressure point massage is applied to meridians or channels, commonly known as 'Jing Lao', located all over the body and feet, to assist in the movement and removal of stagnant Qi and energy is harmonised.

Chakra Balancing with Volcanic Stones (1hr50mins): Chakra balancing is an intensive total body experience.‑ Skin brushing, exfoliation and an express ESPA facial begins the treatment.‑ Specific placement of volcanic stones on the energy centres and at vital energy points on hands and feet achieve new balance and grounding.‑ A total body massage, with ESPA - blended aromatherapy oils and Ayurvedic herbal concentrates, are combined with the heat and pressure from the stones to result in rebalancing and re-energising.
