Sumptuous century-old waterfront warehouse conversion

In a superb setting beside one of the original quays, this stylish hotel is a stroll from the V&A Waterfront complex and a sumptuous conversion of a century-old waterfront warehouse.

Built in 1904 as the North Quay Warehouse and converted in 1990 to a luxury hotel, today the Victoria & Alfred offers some of the best accommodation in Cape Town. OYO Restaurant & Cocktail Bar overlooks the harbour, ideal for watching daily life go by.

With its walk-in wine cellar and minimalist décor, it has dramatic views and inviting surroundings. There is swimming pool at Dock House and a fitness centre and boutique spa situated next door.

Accommodation

94 spacious air-conditioned, en suite rooms with separate bath and shower. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, flat-screen satellite television, high speed and Wi-Fi. Views are of Table Mountain or the piazza.
Superior loft rooms are on the top floor and ingeniously designed into the eaves of the building.
