A unique prelude to a safari and a fabulous one-off experience, in this deluxe manor house you could open an upper floor window and see eye to eye with one of the sanctuary’s Rothschild giraffe.

Just six comfortable rooms are individually styled and decorated, one boasting the original furniture from Karen Blixen’s guest room and another has a separate children's room.

The hotel is closed Apr15-May15. Check-out time of 10am, is strictly adhered to, to ensure in-coming guests full-privacy and space.

Still a private home and maintaining the atmosphere and appearance of its 1930’s origins, the Manor is bursting with character and has a comfortable lounge, sun room and dining room. It’s like staying with friends in the country – except that here a feature of the house is the giraffes who often pop their heads through the window!

Set in wooded acres on the outskirts of Nairobi, this elegant manor house is approx. 40 minutes from Nairobi airport and 15 minutes from Wilson airport.
