Nine ‘Fine Dining’ restaurants serve delicious Asian, French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as two grills and a steakhouse. Try traditional Tuscan fare at Casa d’Angelo, where antipasti such as sautéed little neck clams and signature dishes including herb-crusted rack of lamb are washed down with fine wine and espresso-soaked tiramisu. Or make your way to Nobu to taste celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s unique Japanese dishes.

For equally sumptuous food in a more relaxed atmosphere, ‘Casual Dining’ restaurants serve up hearty buffet, Bahamian, deli, grill, Italian and all-American fare. Take the kids to Seagrapes for fun family favourites with live action cooking stations, a BBQ smoke station and American comfort food. For a taste of the Bahamas, drop in to the colourful Bimini Road for tamarind-glazed pork chop, grilled mahi mahi and mojo-marinated chicken followed by pineapple bread pudding, tropical sorbets and cookie-bash pie.

Grab lunch on the go with ‘Cafés and Quick Eats’. Sip on fruity smoothies at Jamba Juice, tuck into a quick bite in a Bahamian cave or tuck into pizza on the dockside before getting back to the fun-packed activities you’ve lined up for the day.
