Chatham Bars Inn
Elegant and luxurious former hunting lodge
This colonial-style hotel enjoys a private expanse of sandy beach, meaning that you can sit back and enjoy the views, or take a dip in the beachfront heated pool. There’s a huge selection of activities on offer, including golf, tennis, sailing, cruising and kayaking. There’s also four excellent restaurants to choose from, with many of the ingredients supplied by the hotel’s farm, creating dishes ranging from classic clambakes to premium steaks.

What it lacks in waterfront views, the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Cod in Hyannis more than makes up for in sheer convenience. It’s just a short drive from Cape Cod Mall and one of the main access bridges to the Cape.

The family-friendly Holiday Inn Cape Cod in Falmouth is well-positioned for Cape Cod adventures. Plenty is going on in Falmouth itself, or hop on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and discover the island’s beaches.

For a slice of historical seaside charm, a visit to Cape Cod’s oldest town is a must. More friendly bed-and-breakfast than ‘hotel’ there have been rooms on the site of the Dan’l Webster Inn in Sandwich for over 300 years, so we reckon they know a thing or two about hospitality.
