Tucked away in the island’s peaceful north-western corner, this intimate all-suite hideaway is perfect for rest and romance.
Wrapped in the arms of a tranquil bay and surrounded by verdant tropical greenery, this stylish boutique retreat could hardly be more restful. Its artfully low-key architecture takes its cues from nature, using salvaged stone walls, thatched roofs and richly hued timber to harmonious effect. The look of the generously sized 54 suites and beach villa echoes the general ethos of the buildings, with timber floors, rattan wall panels and stone or marble bathtubs and basins. The Luxury Lagoona Suites come in two versions, with garden or partial ocean views, and have an airy feel. Upgrade to a Luxury Pool Suite for more space and your own infinity pool. As well as the standard version, some have a shady garden or partial views of the sea, and there’s also one specially equipped for guests with mobility issues. For even more acreage, the Oceanfront Luxury Pool Suites give you panoramic ocean vistas and the option of a private steam shower and outdoor spa pool. Larger groups may be tempted by the Imperial Beach Villa, which can be configured to sleep up to 8 adults, 3 children and 2 infants. If complete peace is your focus, opt for a Wellness Sanctuary in the spa complex. For dreamy honeymoons, the spacious Beachfront Luxury Pool Suite with Jet Pool & Hammam feels a world away from everythin, though the beach is right on the doorstep.

Restore your balance with a bespoke Ayurveda programme, enjoy the delights of the rustic-chic outdoor hydrotherapy pool or unwind in a private hammam between rejuvenating massages and pampering facials. There are daily group yoga classes on the beach or the outdoor yoga platform in the garden, led by an experienced instructor. Private one-to-one sessions* can also be arranged. There’s a strong focus on sustainability at Le Jadis, from community engagement to eco-friendly facilities. These include an in-house desalination plant, which provides all the drinking water, energy-saving sensors to reduce electricity consumption and greywater harvesting for watering the gardens – mainly planted with indigenous species. Swimmers will particularly appreciate the skin-friendly natural sanitation of the resort’s many pools.
