Not only does it feature gorgeous gardens, but due to its west facing location it holds bragging rights for spectacular sunsets: nothing beats the evening show of reds and golds streaking through the palm trees. The resort has strong eco credentials – elegant rooms are enhanced with hemp, linen and local stone and an enormous plantation (located approximately 15 minutes away), filled with over 15000 plants, brings mouthwatering farm-to-fork ingredients straight to your plate in six dazzling restaurants.

Families and couples are seduced by Azia’s impressive design which is cleverly split into two distinct zones: one for grown-ups and one for those with children. For adults, there are child-free gardens, adults-only rooms and an adults-only pool with water loungers and hydromassage jets. For families, benefits include a baby creche and pool, a mini club, a teen night club and early meals. For all guests, there’s a lengthy list of daily activities such as archery, tennis and water games alongside a fantastic selection of evening entertainment including fire shows and acrobatic performances.

The 305 rooms at Azia Resort & Spa are chic and spacious, built from local stone and furnished with eco-friendly fabrics such as hemp and linen. Families have an impressive choice of rooms and suites that can sleep up to two adults and two children or accommodate two adults and three children. Those seeking a completely grown-up escape have the choice of luxury rooms in the dedicated adults-only area of the resort. All the rooms and suites we feature offer Premium benefits including access to the Premium lounge, complimentary water, orange juice and beer in the minibar that’s replenished daily, an espresso machine in the room with two capsules provided on arrival, wine, bottled water and fruit on arrival and one half hour massage per room per stay.

The food here is locally sourced or fresh from the hotel’s huge plantation. Restaurants include Italian, Asian, Greek and French alongside a main buffet restaurant, pool bar and swim-up bar. You can dine indoors or out, casual or à la carte and a selection of restaurants are adults-only after 9pm. There are also seven spots to enjoy refreshing drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Katoi
The hotel’s main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in buzzy surrounds with live cooking stations, themed evenings and a kids’ buffet area. There are special zones for families and adults-only.

Cipro
It’s all about a taste of Italy in the marble conservatory of all-white Cipro. Freshly cooked pastas are the star of the show (they love their signature mushroom risotto) and you’ll find both an à la carte menu and an antipasti cold buffet. OKU

The Tree Deck

Cava Bar

The Stage Area

Asphodel Spa (available to use at an extra cost) is modelled on the immortal flower of Greek mythology which symbolises ultimate happiness. It’s won multiple awards from publications including Conde Nast, Grazia and LUX for being one of the best spas in the world. The soothing setup includes an amethyst steam room, water movement pool, private hamman, indoor pool, jet massage and rain showers. The resort also has a yoga room and fitness centre.

10 minutes' walk from the resort is a watersports centre on the beach with activities including water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and pedalling.

The resort owns the huge Morokambos plantation (located about 15 minutes away) where over 15,000 Mediterranean and tropical plants produce citrus, avocado, guava, palm and mango. Many of the ingredients you’ll find at the restaurants come from here: freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade jams, fruits and vegetables. Also minimising their carbon footrpint, other produce is sourced locally from neighbouring farms. The resort has also used natural and recycled materials in its design and has systems in place to conserve energy and water.

Azia Resort & Spa gives special treatment to families of all ages. There’s a huge schedule of daily activities alongside a complimentary baby creche, kids’ club and teens club. In the evening there’s a mini disco and kids’ movie screenings, with teens getting their own zone of disco lights, movies and video games. There’s also evening entertainment on the stage for all the family. The spa also caters to children, offering mini shoulder massages as well as mum and daughter manicures.
