Day 1
Luang Prabang
On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met with your guide and transfer to your chosen hotel. The rest of the day will be free to relax or explore the charming streets of this UNESCO World Heritage city. Stay: Superior Class: Villa Maly Boutique Hotel; Deluxe Class: Avani+Luang Prabang.
Day 2
Luang Prabang
The first stop in Laos is Wat Xieng Thong, a 16th-Century Buddhist temple with intricate carvings, mosaics and statues. A trio of temple visits follows as you head to Wat Visoun, Wat Aham and Wat Mai. After lunch, visit the early 20th-Century Royal Palace on the bank of the Mekong River which is home to the National Museum. The day ends with a sunset trip to the top of Phousi Hill. Day 3
Luang Prabang
Depart from a riverside pier and cruise on a traditional long boat to the Pak Ou Caves, stopping at a waterfront village. After lunch, it’s time to explore the caves. This incredible limestone cavern system is split into two areas: Tham Ting and Tham Theung, both filled with thousands of statues and images of Buddha, left by pilgrims across centuries. On the return, stop at the village of Ban Xang Khong. Stay: Superior Class: Villa Maly Boutique Hotel; Deluxe Class: Avani+Luang Prabang. Meals: Breakfast & lunch.

Luang Prabang
