Individual Caribbean-style cottages are scattered amongst ten acres of colourful tropical gardens and beachfront, an appealing oasis of tranquillity and a haven for honeymooners and couples. Hermitage Bay offers understated luxury, spacious accommodation and has an exceptionally high level service philosophy. Feast on mouth-watering cuisine at the open-air restaurant and bar, absorbing the stunning vista as the occasional boat bobs on the horizon. Sip a cocktail by the pool or head to the secluded beach for complimentary watersports such as sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling and kayaking. Indulge in blissful treatments at the tranquil spa (extra cost), as well as soothing yoga, meditation and Pilates. The resort grows vegetables and herbs in its own organic kitchen garden, and you can attend a cookery course or demonstration with a local chef. There's also a guided tour of a local farm, a nature tour of the grounds and a hiking trail.

25 individual cottages are made of Guyanese hardwood and sprinkled among 10 acres of colourful tropical gardens and beachfront. Unique with rich wooden floors and spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with kingsize beds, they also offer flat-screen television, DVD player, iPod docking station, minibar, tea- and coffee-making facilities, living area, day bed, large bathroom with double sinks, large bath and shower, outdoor shower and a garden and terrace.
Beach Cottage Suites are close to the beach with partial or full sea views.
Beachfront Cottages are closer to the water's edge and have an air-conditioned lounge.
Hillside Pool Suites provide complete seclusion with a semi open-air lounge area leading to a terrace with private plunge pool and fantastic views, with the island of Montserrat on the horizon.
