48 villas, each with fan, air-conditioning, kingsize four-poster bed, minibar, tea/coffee facilities, shower, private garden and pavilion.

The Oceanview villas (180m²) are set back from the sea, feature open-air jet-pools on timber terraces.

Beachfront villas (150m²) are directly on the beach and have private pavilions extending over the beach towards the sea.

Sustainable Features

•   Banyan Tree was founded with the core value of driving sustainable development through embracing the environment and empowering the people.

•   Local outreach programmes aim to help educate nearby communities.

•   The Marine biology lab offers classes to guests and local schools as well as regular reef cleaning and coral transplantation dives and also focuses a special effort into conservation and research for sea turtles and black tip reef sharks.
