Abseil, hike, swim, slide down narrow gorges and jump over rocks as you follow the course of a river on this heart-pumping canyoning experience. You can choose to do this in Interlake or St Moritz and will be under the watchful eye of experienced guides who'll make sure you have an exciting four-hour adventure.

Feel the glistening ice beneath your feet and gaze up a the blue sky up overhead during a glacier trekking expedition in Interlaken or St Moritz. With an experienced guide, you'll abseil down the glacier and jump over crevasses secured on steel rope. This full day adventure will get your pulse racing.

Are you staying for seven nights in Interlaken, Wilderswil, Lake Thun, Grindelwald, Wengen or Mürren? If so, book our guided walking week, which includes three days of organised walks with days the relax inbetween. During each walk, you'll spend four to five hours discovering the Jungfrau region in a small group of Kuoni guests, led by an experienced guide. In Grindelwald, a high alpine walk will take you past magical views of the valley and might Eiger. In Wengen, walk through meadows blooming with alpine flowers, and find yourself gazing up at the Mönch and Jungfrau mountain ranges. Discover Mürren's valley and connections to the Schilthorn - here you'll find an incredible panorama of the Jungfraujoch, Lake Thun and the far mountain ranges nof Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. Food, drink and transport are not included. A Jungfrau railpass is recommended.

You won’t want to miss the incredible Jungfraujoch – Switzerland’s utmost vantage point. Travel by modern cogwheel railway to Europe’s highest railway station where you’ll be greeted with snow and ice all year round. This wonderland features a glistening ice palace, the Sphinx observation terrace and the Top of Europe glacier restaurant. You can take a hike through the snow, speed along during a husky sled ride and spend time in the ski and snowboard park.

Take a few steps and leap off a mountain peak, soaring above Interlaken with an experienced paragliding pilot. You'll see the incredible scenery from above and feel the exhilaration as you swoop over the beautiful landscape below. Your flight will last around 10 - 20 minutes and will be unforgettable.

From Zermatt, soar through the blue sky on a 20-minute helicopter flight. Glide over the huge snowy peaks of the Weisshorn, Matterhorn and Monte Rosa, glistening mountain lakes and alpine fields. Or books a 25-minute helicopter ride from Lauterbrunnen when staying in the Bernese Oberland and swoop over the amazing peaks of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

Travel on a cable car from Stechelberg or Mürren to the Schilthorn. You'll see the finest views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and a stunning panorama of over 200 mountain peaks. The cable car takes around half an hour to reach to Schilthorn's summit, which stretches 2970 metres high. While at the top, you could dine in the Piz Gloria revolving restaurant, where the James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service was filmed.

Take a nostalgic railway journey up Schynige Platte - the views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau from the top are breathtaking. You'll be seated on classic wooden benches inside and gaze out over alpine forests, mountain springs and roaming cattle. The journey lasts almost an hour and once you pass through a tunnel, you'll be met with a beautiful glacier panorama. At the top is a hiking paradise where you can test hiking boots out free of charge, courtesy of Lowa; explore the Botanical Alpine Gardens; and have a drink on the terrace of the Schynige Platte Mountain hotel.

Navigate St Moritz's alpine streams on a white-water rafting experience. From gentle rapids suitable for kids to faster grades for the more intrepid, you don't have to have any experience to enjoy this full day on the water. Just be prepared for a breathtaking dunk in the water! This experience can also be booked in Interlaken. Lunch box included.
