Sorrento holidays

Guided tour of Anacapri by private minibus, visiting Villa St Michele, Roman ruins then down to Capri. In the afternoon visit Garden of Augustus and main square Piazza Umberto. Time for shopping and browsing before making your way back to Sorrento. Includes: Steamer crossing to/from Sorrento Pier, guided tour. Not included: Lunch in Capri and transfer from hotel to Sorrento Pier (clients need to make own way), additonal charges approx EUR €25

The cooking lessons will take place in an amazing, private and manicured garden situated in Sorrento. After clients arrival, we welcome them with a fresh orange juice and a flavoured plum-cake. Then, they will move to the kitchen area and starts a unique experience learning cooking delicious Italian food. The cooking class lasts 3 hours, during which they will have a break, visiting the wine cellar and tasting home made wine. At the end, they will enjoy a beautiful meal of what they have cooked by the pool or under a Pergolato.

Departure by deluxe coach via 'Autostrada del sole'. Arrival in Rome at 12.30 approx. Free time for a light snack. Visit to the Vatican City with its monumental St Peter's square. Sightseeing tour by coach. Castel St Angelo, Villa della Farnesina, Sisto Bridge, Tiberin Island, Pyramid, Marcello theatre, Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia, Palatine Palace, Campidoglio, Via S. Gregorio, Costantine Arch. Visit the Coliseum. Continuation by coach admiring Santa Maria Maggiore, Republic Square, Via Nazionale, Quirinale Palace and Trevi Fountain where you will have free time for shopping (40 minutes approx.). During the journey back dinner in Cassino. Arrival time at the hotel is expected for midnight. Includes: All coach transfers, entrance tickets and dinner. NB: In order to be allowed into St Peter's Basilica you must have covered shoulders and long trousers.

Coach to Pompeii, the roman city buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Visit to the archaeological site. Free time for lunch. Departure by bus to Mount Vesuvius up to 1000 m, then escorted by a specialised guide, walk to the summit. Includes: Coach tour to Pompeii, entry into the sites and Vesuvius. Not included: Lunch is not included, additonal charges approx. EUR €15.

From Sorrento the winding road offers breathtaking panoramic views. The tour will stop en route to colourful Positano, then on to Amalfi the beautiful mermaid clustered by white tightly packed houses and dominated by its fantastic cathedral. Last but not least, we visit Ravello where you will be able to explore Villa Rufolo and enjoy the magical views of the entire coastline. Not included: Lunch is not included, additonal charges approx. EUR €7.

On stage at the Tasso theatre in Sorrento you will be able to enjoy a fantastic performance, a display of local dances in 19th Century regional costumes, and the beautiful songs such as ‘O’ Sole Mio’ and Torna a Surriento’ in a magical atmosphere. Includes: Tasso entrance ticket.
