Deep water interactions are in deep waters at Dolphin Cay, a one-of-a-kind dolphin experience awaits. Limited to just six guests, this wide-open dolphin playground is yours to explore. Hand-held water scooters let you control your speed, so you can race alongside dolphins, cruise along the surface, or dive to the depths of their saltwater lagoon. Snorkels and masks are also provided—and yours to take with you. The highlight of your encounter is our signature “foot push,” where a pair of dolphins—one on each foot—propel you across the lagoon for a rush unlike any you’ve experienced. Duration is approximately 90-120 minutes. Prior to their dolphin experience, guests will be guided to the orientation theatre where a Marine Mammal Specialist will provide an informative presentation of dolphin behavior, physiology, importance of marine conservation and safety requirements for their interaction. This unforgettable interaction includes 30 minutes in the deep water lagoon. NB: OPERATING DAYS & TIMES: Dolphin Cay is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Interactions begin at 8:30 am and operate throughout the day with the last session at 3:50pm. Session times are subject to change without notice as programs are added and schedules are enhanced. Clients NOT staying at Atlantis will need to arrange their own transportation to and from Dolphin Cay at Atlantis. Important details regarding participation: 1.Upon arrival for their session, guests will be greeted at reception for check-in where they will receive a wristband with their name and interaction information (time, lagoon, pod assignment). 2.Guests may arrive up to 10 minutes earlier than the reservation time, and will need a confirmation number and photo I.D. for check-in. 3. Guests arriving 10 minutes or more after reservation time will be deemed “no-show” and subject to no-show penalties. 4. Children of all ages are welcome. Infants can participate if held by a parent. 5. A parent or appointed guardian must participate in the programs with all children under the age of 10. 6. Participants with special needs or those with physical impairments must have a primary attendant present throughout the interaction. 7. Pregnant women must check with their physician if they wish to participate. 8. Participants must wear swim suits underneath the wetsuit. Wetsuits are provided and required. 9. For the safely of the dolphins, no jewelery may be worn during the programs. 10. Guests must understand English or have a translator. During the guest registration process, your clients will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the following terms related to any claims they may have as a result of their stay at the resort.
