In many cases, one can experience the benefit of these postures that would otherwise be difficult to achieve unassisted, because it can take years to develop the pre-requisite strength, balance and flexibility in order to achieve the postures in a solo yoga practice. Aromatic Foot Massage (45mins RM 150): The feet are often the neglected part of the body. Cooped up in shoes and socks all day, they may not get a chance to be out in the open much.
