Available during your stay in North Coast Mombasa. Departures: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Just 50 minutes from the Diani Coast, this beautiful treelodge is located in Shimba Hills National Park, where lush vegetation and red soils are home to many monkeys, bush babies, monitor lizards, buffalo, the rare sable antelope and numerous elephants that come to drink from the floodlit watering hole at night. You are collected from your hotel for the short drive into the hills and on arrival you embark on a short game drive. A 45 minute walk takes you to the breathtaking Sheldrick falls. Drive to the lodge for lunch then enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Later enjoy a guided nature walk and sit around the fire as the resident naturalist talks about the history of the lodge, park and its inhabitants. Dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge. Rooms are basic but comfortable, some with tree trunks growing through them and bathrooms are shared. Early morning game drive follows before a sumptuous breakfast then return to your beach hotel. All meals, transfers are included. Park fees are payable locally.

Available during your stay in Mombasa. Enjoy a magical evening on a traditional dhow, passing the twinkling lights of Mombasa while being entertained with fine food and vibrant music. Sip a cocktail and listen to the resident band on this four-hour cruise. Travel past historical Fort Jesus and choose from steak, lobster, grilled prawns or seafood. After dessert and a cup of Kenyan coffee, the band will strike up again and you can dance the night away as the dhow heads back to the jetty.
