On the sandy shores of Malindi, near the town centre and Marine Park, approx. 2½ hours from Mombasa airport.

Facilities

The restaurant features delicious Italian dishes and fresh seafood, taken on the al fresco terrace or in airconditioned comfort, while the pool bar offers informal light lunches. A large pool lies close to the white sand beach, and watersports are available at its sister hotel next door (some at extra cost). Low key entertainment is centred around the main bar, all with the quality associated with a 'Small Luxury Hotel of the World'.

Malindi was founded as a town in the early thirteenth century and features an eclectic mix of Swahili, Arab and European styles. A buzzing market district allows for some great shopping whilst the Malindi National Marine Park is also well worth a visit.
