Kuoni have updated their policy for Thailand in line with the Foreign Office Advice.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) have updated their advice on Saturday 29 May and no longer advise against travel to Bangkok and Chiang Mai and therefore we are happy for clients to continue with their travel plans as normal. All holidays to Thailand are operating as normal.
In light of this Kuoni will no longer be offering free of charge amendment or cancellation, with the exception of those clients already contacted. Operations will actively be calling those passengers who were contacted but are yet to amend their holiday to inform them of the updated advice.
