The following flights will operate normally:

Kuoni policy on BA strike

If your flight is affected we will be making every effort to ensure your holiday will still go ahead by offering an alternative flight, routing or carrier.

Any changes to a booking which involve additional costs for accommodation, upgrades or changes of carrier not covered by BA will be passed on. Anyone who has already left the UK and is affected by a cancellation of their return flight will be contacted imminently and rebooked on the first available flight.
If a domestic flight is not operating and there are no alternatives to connect with the international sectors, Kuoni will refund the cost of the domestic flights so that you can make other arrangements.

If a flight is still operating it may be on an aircraft chartered by BA with crew from other airlines. Some long-haul flights will operate with a simplified on-board service. Special dietary meals may not be served on these strike dates so please make alternative arrangements if this is important. More information regarding on-board service during this period is available at ba.com.

Kuoni Air Operations have established which flight cancellations will be affecting our customers and are working to hold alternative flights.

The Operations team are pro-actively contacting anyone affected to assist with re-bookings.

For clients due to travel with British Airways up to 31st March who would like further information, please call Kuoni Air Operations on 01306 741533.
