For those receiving the Kuoni Gift Card you will book and pay for your holiday as per the normal booking conditions. Any gift cards received after your departure date may be redeemed up to 3 months after your departure date and you will receive a cheque back with the total amount or they can be used on your next Kuoni holiday
How to order your Kuoni Gift Card with presentation box for collection:
Visit one of the Kuoni retail stores to pick up your Kuoni Gift Card - find your nearest store by selecting one of the store links located on the left hand side of this page.
How to order your Kuoni Gift Card with wallet for postage:
- Call the Kuoni Gift Card information line on 01306 744181 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or the Customer Helpdesk on 01306 744444 outside these hours.
- Alternatively, fill out the request a gift card form or email us with a contact number so we can call you back and take your payment details in a secure fashion.
Payment methods:
- Card payments cannot presently be processed online for gift cards.
- Payment can be taken by debit or credit card. Please note from the 1st August 2008 there will be a transaction fee of 2% for all purchases made using a credit card.
- There is no charge for using a Debit card.
- Cheques should be made payable to ‘Kuoni Travel Ltd’ and sent along with your details (as per below form) to the address below, please allow 10 working days for the cheque to be banked and cleared before Kuoni issue the gift card.
- For security reasons the gift cards will be sent to the purchaser at the billing address of the credit/debit card used.

how to redeem your kuoni gift card:
- Send your Kuoni Gift Cards to Kuoni Accounts, Kuoni House, Deepdene Avenue, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 4AZ
- Please include correspondence quoting your name and booking reference number.
- We recommend sending your gift card's to us by recorded delivery. Please note Royal Mail apply a charge for this service.
- Please keep a record of the gift card's you send to us. A reference number is shown on the back of each card.
- On receipt of your gift card's a cheque will be issued in the lead name of your booking.
